When we say that Rab is a real paradise for yachters be certain that we are not exaggerating. Each seafarer, who has visited at least some of the wonderful Rab bays, which in great part are completely protected from adverse weather conditions, will be aware of that. Peace, greenness, clear sea, kindness of the dwellers will bring you a feeling of tranquillity.Find yourself in your "boat" somewhere in the Rab beatitude and you will feel that time flows more slowly, "try" we are sure that you would like to experience that same feeling if not the same year, then at least the following one, when you will be able to enjoy your deserved holidays again.

The island of Rab offers mooring possibilities in two marinas operating in the ACCI system, one in Supetarska draga and the other in the port of town of Rab itself, which is characteristic for offering services in the summer period.

The same services may also be obtained in several private small ports that effect repairs and servicing. Those owners who decided to leave their boats here during the whole year have the possibility to avail themselves of spaces in several dry marinas existing on the island. In Rab, in addition to cranes (approximately 10 of them), and a greater number of slips, you may also avail yourself of the services of some ten mechanics - well supplied with spare parts, especially for Volvo and Mercruiser engines, primarily due to the existence of a couple of specialised shops here. All those yachters, who are going to stay in Rab for a short period and wish to spend at least part of their holidays as yachters may rent a boat or a motor boat here, provided they have a navigation licence, while those still yet wishing to become captains will be able to achieve this attending a short seminar and sitting for the relative examination.
